Aspirations ready and waiting: with a £5000 incentive
31st January, 2008

Sometimes it’s the sheer expense of moving that can keep you from the new home you really want. For most of us, stamp duty is the heaviest ‘up front’ cost, especially when even a modestly priced home can fall into the 3% category nowadays. So it is pleasant news that Rushmon Homes is offering a generous £5000 towards stamp duty on its remaining apartments at Aspirations in Sutton, Surrey.

There are just three homes left at this popular collection of apartments, which sold quickly after launching last summer. With the remaining homes priced from £276,500, the stamp duty contribution obviously represents a significant saving. Better still, Rushmon Homes will also carpet the new apartments throughout. To claim these incentives, buyers must make their reservations by 18th February.

Building at Aspirations is completely finished now, so new customers can move in as soon as they wish.

For Aspirations, Rushmon Homes has selected a peaceful residential street lined with mature trees, in up-and-coming south Sutton. Although quiet, it is close to Sutton station, where London commuters can be at London Bridge in 30 to 40 minutes. The development is also close to the town centre, and Sutton is considered to be one of the best shopping and going-out centres in Surrey.

As for quality, Aspirations is a perfect example of the attention to detail and sheer flair that makes all Rushmon Homes developments stand out from the crowd: something that  customers often comment on. For this particular collection, the design team has devised a very desirable contemporary specification combined with some eco features that are definitely ahead of their time.

All the kitchens are individually designed and come complete with integrated and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms and en-suites are in classic white with chrome fittings, and the apartments also have cherry-effect doors, underfloor heating, and downlighters in the halls, kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites. One of the most interesting features is one not readily

visible however: a bank of photo voltaic panels on the roof which should produce enough solar energy to satisfy all of the communal heating and lighting requirements, resulting in significant CO2 savings as well as lower service charges. Other green initiatives at Aspirations include water butts in the communal gardens to collect rainwater for irrigation, dual-flush WCs, ‘A’-rated kitchen appliances wherever possible and very high standards of insulation.

There are just three two-bedroom apartments now remaining at Aspirations, with prices starting at £276,500. For further information about Aspirations or any Rushmon Homes developments, visit www.rushmonhomes.co.uk or call 01932 586777.
