Cobham developer Rushmon Homes continues to expand its portfolio of exclusive Surrey developments with the imminent launch of the latest addition: Connections in Egham.

Connections, anticipated to launch in April, is located on Egham Hill and will consist of 12 two-bedroom apartments and five three-bedroom terraced houses. All the properties will be wired for Sky Plus satellite TV and have telephone points and TV points in the living room and all bedrooms.

Anticipated prices for Connections range from around £290,000 for the apartments and from around £395,000 for the houses, and with such an excellent location, interest levels are likely to be high.
