Mayor of Reigate & Banstead Officially Unveils Prospects Court from Rushmon Homes

In his welcoming speech, Mike Bicknell, Managing Director of Rushmon Homes, thanked the Lady Mayor for attending the celebration, saying: “The site was formerly occupied by just two police houses, so with sixteen much-needed new homes now complete, it represents a far more efficient use of available land. We have also included off-street parking for most of the apartments, so the impact of extra cars on the neighbourhood will be minimal.
“We are delighted to be able to contribute to local community needs by making the apartments good value for first time buyers in this relatively expensive area.”
With prices starting at £190,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom apartments ranging between £212,950 and £269,950, this has clearly been achieved. The apartments have sold very well indeed and now only a few remain. And with stamp duty paid, fitted carpets included and £750 towards legal fees, there is currently further incentive for hard-pressed younger buyers to choose
