Rush and reserve at Esprit before 30th September – and there’s no stamp duty to pay
12th September, 2007
Cobham based house builder Rushmon Homes continues to create its trademark innovative, select, high quality developments in the best Surrey locations, and one of the most recent to be launched onto the market is Esprit, in Sutton. In every respect Esprit captures the ‘spirit’ of the typical Rushmon Homes’ product: a desirable, well-connected address, excellent value for money, and a design policy of responding to each location on an individual basis, rather than a collection of standard house types.
Esprit offers Sutton buyers a choice of 15, two bedroom apartments from £249,950, or three, four bedroom townhouses from £469,950, located on an attractive corner of tree lined Stanley Road, south Sutton. The development is set well back from the road – even though it’s a quiet road – and Rushmon has taken care to retain the mature trees already on the site, adding to them with new lawns and planting. Each home has allocated parking.

And it really pays to make a reservation at the earliest opportunity: Rushmon is offering the valuable incentive of paying the stamp duty to anyone who makes that decision before 30th September.
Esprit’s bright contemporary specification has appeal both for younger professionals as well as those downsizing, perhaps from a larger, less easy to manage home in the area. The fully fitted, custom designed kitchens come complete with an integrated oven and extractor hood in stainless steel, ceramic hob, integrated washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms and en suites are in classic white with chrome fittings, and there are many other desirable modern touches such as elegant cherry-effect doors; electric under floor heating; down lighters in the hall, kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites; wiring for satellite TV and an audio entry phone system in the apartments.
Location is also good. Sutton, especially south Sutton, is becoming a property hot-spot. The residential areas are tranquil and tree-lined, yet transport and other amenities are always within easy reach. That’s certainly the case at Esprit, where Sutton’s nucleus of station and shops is very close. With train journey times into central
