Rushmon Homes to launch Grosvenor Mews at Grosvenor Road in Epsom in March 2006

Surrey based housebuilder Rushmon Homes is due to launch Grosvenor Mews, a scheme of 10 houses at Grosvenor Road in the Langley Vale area of Epsom in March 2006 when a marketing suite will open at
the development.
The scheme will comprise just four, 3-bedroom houses and six, 4-bedroom houses. There will be two rows of houses fronting Grosvenor Road, with four in each row, and two, 4-bedroom detached houses at
the rear. The majority of the homes will featuer a conservatory. All will include landscaped gardes, parking area and a garage.
Alan Taylor, Sales & Marketing Director of Rushmon Homes, said: "We relish the opportunity of building these homes in such a prime location. The site is located in an established residential
area that's surrounded predominantly by open countryside, yet its within easy reach of Epsom, Leatherhead and M25".
