Surrey based Rushmon Homes was founded in 1973 and since its inception has developed many sites in some of the most sought after locations in the South East.

Virtually every development has been built on recycled land, and Rushmon have created many homes for discerning purchasers over a wide area within the southern Home Counties.

Rushmon relocated to its well appointed modern offices in Cobham in May 2004, within easy reach of the M25 and A3. These new offices provide an ideal base from which the Company will continue its growth.

Industry awards and commendations are rewarding, but our greatest accolade is the positive feedback from the people who really matter – our purchasers. Saying that, Rushmon Homes are delighted to have recently received critical acclaim in the ‘Best Family Home’ category at both the Hot Property Awards 2005 (Winner) and Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2006 (Highly Commended).

These Awards were in respect of its recently completed development at Twin Trees, Westfield, Woking which comprised two barn style houses set in an idyllic rural setting. One of the judging panels noted “This development shows the value of well-thought-out regeneration, especially for those looking for that elusive object – the ideal family home”.

Rushmon Homes is a fully registered member of both the NHBC and Zurich Building Insurance, and enjoys a premium rating.
